Stephen M Singer – Director

Sometime law graduate, university lecturer, café waiter, travel rep and Operations Manager – Stephen keeps a firmly practical focus on everything he does. A great believer in “walking the job,” his 30 years’ experience of working with documented procedures, manuals and systems remains focused on how things are perceived and done in the real world, not just on paper.

Stephen is a Practitioner of the Chartered Quality Institute, an IRCA-registered Lead Auditor of Quality and Environmental Management Systems and a Member of the Institute of Consulting.

Alun Wallace – Associate

Alun is a committed Management Systems professional with extensive knowledge and experience of delivering “value added” system solutions in line with business needs within the ISO framework.

An experienced Lead Auditor, Alun’s previous experience included ten years with one of the country’s major IT outsourcing providers where, as Quality Manager, he led the implementation of a single Integrated Management System to achieve triple certification and six-figure efficiency savings for the organisation. Alun is a Chartered Member of the CQI and a Chartered Quality Professional, as well as holding IOSH “Managing Safely” certification.

All the team share a practical focus informed by years of having “been there, done that” and a genuine understanding of delivering practical solutions to suit real-life, day-to-day working environments.
